Heard. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, this Writ Petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission. 2.

The petitioners are working in non-teaching post in the 7th petitioner - College. The petitioners allege that the college is admitted to grant-in-aid in the year 1990 for commencing degree courses and they have been working in the college against the grant-in-aid post all along. The claim of the petitioners for regularisation is not considered so far by the respondent authorities in accordance with the scheme of regularisation formulated vide G.O.Ms.No.212, Finance and Planning (FW.PC.III) Department, dated 22.04.1994, and they are deprived of pay and allowances applicable to grant-in-aid post.

Except the contention that the services of the petitioners were not regularised and they are working against the grant-in-aid post, no material is filed to show that the 7th petitioner - College has sent proposals for such regularisation and in spite of the proposals submitted, there was inaction on the part of the respondents in considering the claim. At this stage, it cannot be said that the petitioners are entitled to the claim made. 4.

Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to petitioners 1 to 6 to make an application for regularisation of their services and to grant pay and allowances as applicable to the employees working against the aided post. The 7th petitioner -

College is directed to send consolidated proposals to the Commissioner of Collegiate Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh, the 2nd respondent, with all the requisite information as required in the proceedings of the 2nd respondent, dated 08.07.2015, and as and when such proposals are submitted, the 2nd respondent shall consider and take appropriate decision with reference to the claim of petitioners 1 to 6 and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months thereafter. The decision taken by the 2nd respondent shall be communicated to the petitioners by assigning due reasons in support of such decision, if their claim for grant of regularisation is not accepted. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
