The present writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the third respondent not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondents 4 to 7 herein.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 3 and Sri Thoom Srinivas, learned counsel appearing for the unofficial respondents 4 to 7.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 17.09.2019, which is placed on record of this Court, would submit that based on the complaint of one Madan Mohan Reddy, the seventh respondent herein, a case is registered against the petitioner in Crime No.382 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 447, 341 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC on the file of Shamirpet Police Station, on 16.09.2019, and the petitioner herein is arrayed as accused No.3 in the said crime. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would further submit that the respondent authorities in connection with the investigation into the above crime, have only called upon the petitioner and the respondent authorities are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 7.

Recording the above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader made on behalf of the official respondents, no further orders are necessary to be passed in this matter.
