JUDGMENT:

This appeal arises out of the judgment and decree, dated 12.07.2006 in O.S.No.13 of 2001 on the file of learned II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Fast Track Court, Mahaboobnagar.

Sri A.Narasimha Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants, addressed a letter, dated 30.03.2015, wherein he has informed the Registry that during the pendency of this appeal, the parties have settled the dispute and filed I.A.No.410 of 2011 in I.A.No.279 of 2006 in O.S.No.13 of 2001 before the trial Court for recording compromise and that the trial Court accordingly recorded compromise on 08.03.2001.

He has, therefore, requested the Registry to post the appeal under the capital "For Withdrawal".

At the hearing, Ms.P.Sumitha, learned counsel representing Sri A.Narasimha Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants, has reiterated the contents of the above letter.

In view of the above, the request of the learned counsel for the appellants is accepted.
