folder subject to corrections if any I.A.Nos.1, 2 and 3 of 2021 The I.A.No.01 of 2021 is filed to condone the delay of (756) days in filing the L.R. petition to bring the legal heirs of petitioner - appellant No.1 on record. The I.A.No.02 of 2021 is filed to permit the petitioner Nos.3 and 4 and respondent No.2 to come on record as appellant Nos.3 and 4 and respondent No.2 in the appeal being the legal heirs of petitioner No.1. The I.A.No.03 of 2021 is filed to restore the appeal to file by setting aside the order dated 30.08.2018. Heard.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits, these applications are allowed.

S.A. No.372 of 2000 Learned counsel for respondent also reported that respondent died and the appellants need to bring the L.R's of the respondent on record. He further submitted that the L.R's of respondent are ready to compromise the matter with the appellants and if the appellants

approached the L.R's of respondent, the matter could be settled between the parties.

Hence, learned counsel for the appellants is also directed to inform the parties about the same and to look at whether there is any possibility of reconciliation in this matter.
