I.A.No.1 OF 2025 This application is filed praying this Court to reduce the surety amount from Rs.15,000/- to Rs.5,000/- as imposed in the condition No.i of the order dated 18.07.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.8592 of 2025 which reads as under:

The petitioner/accused No.1 shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Junior Civil Judgecum-XVII Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ranga Reddy at Maheshwaram.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in jail and he is out of earnings, as such, the petitioner cannot afford excessive surety amount, therefore, he prayed the Court to relax the said condition. In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.No.8592 of 2025 dated 18.07.2025, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to execute a personal bond for Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) with two sureties for a like

sum each, to the satisfaction of the learned Junior Civil Judge-cum-XVII Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ranga Reddy at Maheshwaram.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
