Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter is covered by the order dated 06-07-2018 passed in WP No.23156 of 2018 by this Court in an identical matter and the same is not disputed by learned Asst. Government Pleaders representing respondents 1 to 3.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of for the reasons and in terms of the order dated 06-07-2018 passed in WP No.23156 of 2018. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
