HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 31556 of 2017 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

" issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.4 and 5 in trying to dispossess the petitioner from the tank land admeasuring Ac.0.40 cents in Sy.No.515/ 2 of Ganapavaram Village, Karlapalem Mandal, Guntur District, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice; and consequently direct the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the said land, pending enquiry initiated by the second respondent vide File No.Revgnt-ESECOLAS(APL)/ 120.2016-SA(E3)- COLGNT."

2) Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to follow due process of law.

3) Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, if the respondents intend to take any action against the petitioner, they shall follow due process of law and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

4) Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
