THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.3542 OF 2015 ORDER:

A letter, dated 11.10.2017, is filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file a writ petition afresh in view of the procedural changes effected by the Union of India vide notification, dated 14.03.2017, pending writ petition. It is also stated in the said letter that in view of the said procedural changes, it has become a requirement to modify the relevant pleadings in the writ affidavit.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for in the letter, dated 11.10.2017. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
