This revision, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners/ defendant Nos.1, 2 and 6 aggrieved by the order dated 23.07.2019 passed in I.A.No.872 of 2016 in O.S.No.539 of 2016 by the V Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Rangareddy District at L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad, wherein application filed by the revision petitioners to reject the plaint on the ground of cause of action was dismissed. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioners and perused the record.

The material placed on record reveals that the first respondent/ plaintiff is claiming the suit schedule property as his ancestral property and he has right thereon along with revision petitioners/ defendant Nos.1, 2 and 6 and others. The contention is required to be determined after due trial.
