When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondents have issued the proceedings dated 31.03.2018 extending the age of superannuation upto 60 years and as such the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. Therefore, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
