HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 16211 of 2016 O R D E R:- This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Crime No. 307 of 2016 of Pattabhipuram Police Station, Guntur Urban, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 506 read with 34 IPC. Having heard the learned counsel for both the parties and keeping in view the serious accusations made against the petitioners and there is an involvement of huge amount in the alleged offence, this Court is of the opinion that custodial interrogation of the petitioners is required, as such, the petitioners are not entitled to be granted anticipatory bail at this stage.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is devoid of merit and the same is accordingly dismissed.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
