THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.7198 OF 2023 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 439 (1) of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking to relax/modify the bail conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.467 of 2023 in Crime No.171 of 2023, on the file of Junior Civil Judge-Cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Huzurnagar, Suryapet District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

The petitioners surrendered before the Junior Civil Judge-Cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Huzurnagar, Suryapet District on 14.07.2023. Upon such surrender, learned Magistrate deemed it appropriate to release the petitioners on bail and imposed a condition to appear before the Station House Officer, Mattampally on every Wednesday and Sunday between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. till filing of charge sheet.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that four weeks have passed, all the petitioners have appeared as directed. All the offences alleged are bailable in nature and would appear as and when required as directed by the Court.

In view of the alleged offences, this Court deems it appropriate to relax the condition. However, they shall appear as and when required.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed.

Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
