THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.8079 of 2009 O R D E R:

In this writ petition, petitioner challenges the proceedings, dated 02.08.2008, issued by respondent No.1 granting permission to respondent No.8 to make construction in plot No.267/A/B of Sri Venkateswara Cooperative House Building Society, Shaikpet, Hyderabad.

Respondent No.8 filed a counter-affidavit stating that after conclusion of the proceedings before the Cooperative Tribunal, he constructed the building in the subject plot as far back as in 2011 as per the sanctioned plan, dated 09.05.2008. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that cause in the `writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Recording the above said submission, the writ petition is closed.
