HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.LAKSHMAN CRIMINAL PETITION No.8238 of 2025 ORDER:

Heard Mr.T.Koteswara Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Dodla Arun Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent-State. 2.

This Criminal petition is filed under Section 482 BNSS seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crime No.175 of 2024 on the file of the Station House Officer, Mokila Police Station, Cyberabad in the event of his arrest and pass such other order or orders.

The petitioner is accused No.4 in the said crime. The offences alleged against him are Sections 341, 386, 420, 427, 447, 506 r/w 34 of I.P.C. The only allegation against him is that he is the associate of accused No.1. It is pertinent to note that this Court had dismissed the anticipatory bail application filed by accused No.1 and he has approached the Apex Court. The Apex Court had granted anticipatory bail to accused No.1 on imposing certain conditions. Vide order dated 19.03.2025, in Crl.P.No.2636 of 2025 this Court

granted anticipatory bail to accused Nos.2 and 3 on imposing certain conditions.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, would submit that the investigating Officer has recorded the statements of sixteen (16) witnesses and the investigation is almost complete.

In the light of the same, this Criminal Petition is allowed granting anticipatory bail to petitioner in Crime No.175 of 2024 directing the Investigating Officer, Mokila Police Station, Cyberabad, to release the petitioner in the event of his arrest on the following conditions:- (i) the petitioner/accused No.4 shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the said Investigating Officer in Crime No.175 of 2024 (ii) He shall appear before the Investigating Officer in Crime No.175 of 2024 of Mokila Police Station, Cyberabad once in a month i.e., Second Saturday

between 10.00 A.M. and 5.00 P.M till completion of investigation and filing of final report;

(iii) He shall co-operate with Investigation Officer by furnishing information and documents as sought by him in concluding investigation;

(iv) He shall not interfere either with investigation or influence the witnesses in any manner; and (v) He shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to the Investigating Officer.

In the result, the Criminal Petition is allowed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
