HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.436 of 2012 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 13.07.2011 in C.M.A.No.60 of 2010 on the file of the Court of II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar, whereby the orders dated 21.06.2010 in I.A.No.72 of 2009 in O.S.No.13 of 2009 were confirmed.

As per office note, the suit O.S.No.13 of 2009 itself was disposed of on 22.01.2014. Learned counsel for the petitioners also submitted that the purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous.

In view of the office note as well as the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
