The present revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 08.07.2015, passed in I.A.No.1311 of 2015 in O.S.No.81 of 2012 by the learned IV Additional District Judge, Kakinada.

2. No representation for the petitioner.

3. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the very suit in O.S.No.81 of 2012 on the file of learned IV Additional District Judge, Kakinada, was decreed with costs on 18.02.2016.

4. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

5. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
