I.A.No.1 of 2021 is filed by the petitioner seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case on the ground that in compliance of the orders dated 14.07.2021 passed in FCA No.499 of 2017 by a Division Bench of this Court, he had deposited the amount and seeks withdrawal of the Criminal Revision Case.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2021 is allowed and the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision, shall stand closed.
