HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2029 of 2015 ORDER:

Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed :

Having regard to the gravity of the accusation contained in the FIR, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Therefore, the investigation shall be continued to its logical end. However, the Police of Sanathnagar Police Station, Hyderabad, are directed not to arrest the petitioners/Accused Nos. 1 and 2 in Crime No.118 of 2015 during the course of investigation. The petitioners shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
