THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL Criminal Petition No.7141 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash proceedings initiated against petitioner/accused in F.I.R. No.78 of 2015 of Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 506 I.P.C. and Section 156(3) Cr.P.C.

When the matter is taken up for hearing it is represented that after filing of the Criminal Petition to quash the proceedings at the crime stage, charge-sheet was filed.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application, if so advised.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
