HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.3036 of 2013 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has informed that he has no instructions from his client.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents has contended that the petitioner is challenging the order dated 09.01.2013 transferring him from the 3rd respondent Institution to the 4th respondent Temple. However, the petitioner has not joined in the transferred place and he has been continuously absenting himself since 2013. Moreover, no stay is granted by this Court. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, this Court is of the considered view that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
