The petitioner complains inaction in registering FIR on the complaint, dated 03.09.2017.

The Assistant Government Pleader (Home), on written instructions, dated 03.10.2017, submits that the complaint dated 03.09.2017 has been registered as Cr.No.120 of 2017 on 27.09.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 494 and 109 read with 34 IPC.

Having regard to registration of crime, the grievance of petitioner is substantially redressed.
