HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.9061 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings of the Regional Manager, A.P.S.R.T.C., Nellore in A2/813(2)/03-RM (N), Nellore, through which petitioner herein who was working as Conductor in Udayagiri Depot was transferred to Vakadu Depot with immediate effect.

2. Petitioner challenged the transfer orders mainly on the ground that he was transferred to Udayagiri Depot from Nellore Deport only in the month of January, 2002 and within one year of joining at Udayagiri Deport, he was again transferred.

Petitioner herein sought for interim order through W.P.M.P.No.11608 of 2003 and this Court after hearing both sides dismissed application as the transfer was made to enable the Department to conduct the enquiry against petitioner herein smoothly and that order has become final. The transfer order was in the year 2003 and already 12 years have elapsed and there is no representation for petitioner and no interest is evinced.

4. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

5. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
