Learned Senior Counsel Mr.K.S.Murthy, appearing for the petitioners, after elaborately arguing the case and realising that the matter requires deep enquiry and investigation by respondents 2 and 3, has requested the Court to give liberty to petitioners to file a complaint or representation before respondents 2 and 3 for all the grievances the petitioners have against respondent No.5 and thereby, not press the prayer for present.

Writ Petition is closed accordingly. It is made clear that this Court has not examined the matter on merits to close the writ petition.
