B/O tk 07.09.2022 KS,J I.A.NO.1 OF 2022 This application is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.7296 of 2021 dt.27.10.2021 that he should appear before the investigating officer on 3rd Saturday of every month between 10.00 A.M and 5.00 P.M., till completion of the investigation and filing of the charge sheet. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is appearing before the Investigating Officer since October, 2021; and that so far the respondent Police have not completed the inestigation; and as such seeks relaxation of the said condition.

In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.7296 of dt.27.10.2021, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the investigating authorities, as and when required. _________ KS,J tk
