Mr.C.Prakash Reddy requests the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision with liberty to avail all grounds available in this behalf at appropriate stage, if circumstances warrant.

The revision is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed.
