HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT C.R.P. No. 5318 of 2017 O R D E R:- This Civil Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by the intention of the Court below in not numbering E.A.(CFR) No. 4101 of 2017 in E.P.No. 70 of 2016 in O.S.No. 184 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Bapatla. Keeping in view the grounds raised in this petition and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, we are inclined to dispose of the Civil Revision Petition with a direction to the Court below to number the C.F.Rs. and other Interlocutory Applications said to have been filed by the petitioner till date and then decide the matters on merits in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
