Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

The grievance of the petitioner is that she made an application, dated 22.06.2019, before the 3rd respondent for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed. Though the petitioner filed Form 6-A and Xerox copy of pahani, till date her application is not being processed. 3.

As can be seen from the material on record, the petitioner has submitted application on 22.06.2019. In normal circumstances, the application of the petitioner ought to have been disposed of within a period of three months.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on account of re-organization of the District, delay has been occurred. 5.

In those circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent-Tahasildar, Palvancha Mandal, Badradri Kothagudem District, to consider the application of the petitioner, dated 22.06.2019, take necessary steps and pass appropriate orders, by following due process of law, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
