Learned counsel for the respondents is present and submits that the sole appellant passed away on 23.07.1999, but till date, no steps are taken. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that respondents 3 to 6 also passed away. No steps are taken to bring their legal representatives on record. In the circumstances, there is no point in keeping the Second Appeal pending.

Therefore, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Second Appeal shall stand closed.
