Bandla Anusha, v. The State Of Telangana

O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularity one in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to register the complaint Dt: 03.05.2015, which is seeking to conduct enquiry and to take action against the unofficial Respondents and to provide police protection to the petitioner and her family members from unofficial Respondents and their men by declaring official Respondents inaction is being illegal, high handed and violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India."

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up, the written instructions dated 19.06.2015 furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, KPHB Colony Police Station, Cyberabad to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home have been placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. In the said instructions, it is stated that the respondent police did not receive any complaint dated 03.05.2015 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein. It is also stated that if the petitioner comes up with complaint necessary action will be taken as per law.

4. Recording the said instructions, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
