HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.9546 of 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioners is that they have made LRS applications for regularization of their plots by paying requisite fee, within time limit and the same were received and acknowledged by the respondents. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the concerned competent authority to consider the applications of the petitioners, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 17.03.2017 tk
