When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He also made an endorsement on the petition to that extent. Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
