ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 20.03.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(TR)No.4572 of 2017.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents reported that in pursuance of the order dated 20.03.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(TR)No.4572 of 2017, the respondents have considered the case of the petitioner and rejected vide proceedings dated 8.8.2019 as he could not qualify in the physical fitness test.

In view of the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
