Yards consisting of Ground and Floors total built-up area 996 Square feet in Sy.No. 7416 of Balamarai Co-Operative Housing Society Limited situated at Mahedrahills, East Marredpally, Secunderabad, Cantonment pending disposal of WP No. 36780 of 2022, on the file of the High Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar writ petitions being W.P.Nos.41282 ot 20'18,29123 ot 2019 and 15309 of 2021, this Court has

granted interim orders on 15.11.2018,09.01.2020 and08.07.2021 respectively in favour of the petitioners therein.

The said submission Pleader.

is not disputed by the learned Government ln view of the above and considering the earlier orders passed by this Court in similar writ petitions, there shall be interim direction to the Registering Authority to receive, process, register and release the subject document of the petitioner, in respect of the subject property in Survey No.74l6, situated at Mahendra Hills, East Marredpally, Secunderabad. However, it is made clear that the said registration is only a provisional one and will be subject to the outcome of W.P.No.19106 of 2010 filed by the State against the order of the Special Court under the A.P. Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, 1982, Hyderabad, in LGC No.167 of 1997 and batch. Mere registration of the document does not confer any title to the petitioner in respect of the subject property.

It is also made clear that the petitioner shall not claim any equities in the event the present writ petition is dismissed or any adverse orders are passed in W.P.No.19106 of 2010 filed by the State against the order of the Special Court under the A.P. Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, 1982, Hyderabad, in LGC No.167 of 1997 and batch.
