THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.14963 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner alleges that he has filed representation dated 18.05.2015 before the 3rd respondent seeking police protection, but no action has been taken so far.

However, the instructions received by the learned Government Pleader for Home shows that the 3rd respondent has not received the said representation dated 18.05.2015 either by hand or by post, and he states that if any such representation is received, appropriate action will be taken as is required under law. It seems the petitioner has not filed representation dated 18.05.2015. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the 3rd respondent, who shall take appropriate action in accordance with law after such representation is received. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. __________________________ VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR,J 28th May, 2015 Js.
