O R D E R

The case of the petitioner is that she made a representation on 30.07.2015 to the 2nd respondent for issuance of Family Member Certificate of Sri Late Badathala Jagadiswar Rao by virtue of G.O.Ms.No.3 Revenue and the same has not been disposed of so far. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application made by the petitioner on 30.07.2015 for issuance of Family Member Certificate is pending before the 2nd respondent, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
