HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.29615 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that as the electrical authorities insisted him to obtain No Objection Certificate from the 3rd respondent for providing electricity service connection to the petitioner's land, the petitioner submitted a representation along with application in due from on 28.06.2016 to the 3rd respondent duly enclosing relevant documents along with requisite fee. As no action is being taken by the respondents on the said representation, present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that the application of the petitioner for grant of 'No Objection Certificate' is pending before the 3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the said application in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
