It is stated by the counsel for petitioner that the appeal A.S.No.83 of 2008 on the file of VIII Additional district Judge (FTC) Court, Warangal, out of which this Revision arises, has been dismissed for default and the application filed to set aside the dismissal of the said appeal was also dismissed. In this view of the matter, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
