THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2627 of 2016 ORDER:

Mr. Nandigama Krishna Rao, learned counsel, requests the Court the direct the Registry to return the papers for against the order impugned in the writ petition, a civil miscellaneous appeal is maintainable and the petitioner can be permitted to work out the remedies accordingly.

2. Prayer accepted.

The civil revision petition is dismissed as not maintainable. Office is directed to return the original papers to the petitioner. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
