THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.20062 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the 5th respondent in not registering the case against respondent Nos.6 to 10 pursuant to complaint, dated 20.07.2019.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Government Pleader on written instructions, dated 16.09.2019, submits that the petitioner lodged a complaint on 20.07.2019 to the 3rd respondent and that the same was forwarded to the 5th respondent. Upon receipt of the same, a GD entry was made by the 5th respondent and enquiry was taken up. He further submits that after enquiry, a case in Crime No.604 of 2019, for the offences under Sections 420, 447 and 427 read with 34 IPC, was registered on 14.09.2019.

Inasmuch as the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
