COMMON ORDER:

This batch of writ petitions is filed aggrieved by the levy of one time penalty on the seigniorage charges stated to have been deducted by the respective departments from the respective bills of the petitioners under the contracts only on the ground that valid permits for transportation and utilization of sand for such contract works were not procured/produced by the petitioners.

At the hearing, it is agreed among the learned counsel for the parties that on 29.07.2015, this Court disposed of a batch of Writ Petitions, viz., W.P.No.1426 of 2012 and batch, following its earlier order, dated 15.11.2012, in W.P.No.17998 of 2012. For the same reasons as contained in the abovementioned order, dated 29.07.2015, in W.P.No.1426 of 2012 and batch, these Writ Petitions are also disposed of in terms thereof with the direction that the observations and directions contained therein shall form part of this order.

As a sequel to disposal of these Writ Petitions, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in these writ petitions shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
