2. Petitioner filed this writ petition on the allegation that in spite of the complaint, dated 09.12.2014, Ex.P1, which is acknowledged by the office of Deputy Commissioner of Police, South Zone, and the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Santoshnagar, Hyderabnad, no action is taken. The allegations of the complaint are made against the daughter-in-law of the petitioner alleging that she along with her family members and 60 goonds trespassed into the house of the complainant and took away gold and silver jewellery and various other valuable items.

3. Instructions of the learned Government Pleader, however, show that there appears to be a family dispute between the petitioner and her daughter-in-law and for that petitioner is free to avail civil remedies. It is also stated that if petitioner approaches the Station House Officer, respondent No.3, and lodges any complaint of any cognizable offence, the same shall be examined and appropriate action will be taken.

4. In view of the same, it is for the petitioner to take appropriate steps, as advised, as there is no complaint filed by the petitioner before the Station House Officer, as is evident from the records of the case.
