ORAL ORDER:

Petitioner was aggrieved by adverse remarks made in Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs) for the years 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 communicated vide memo No. 14349/U.1/2012.5 dated 22.11.2012. Though representation was made to expunge said adverse remarks, the same was not acted upon, therefore petitioner instituted O A No. 2206 of 2013 on the file of the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, which is since transferred to this Court and numbered as WP (TR) No.402 of 2017. At the stage of admission, Tribunal directed consideration of the representation/objections submitted by the petitioner on 5.12.2012. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim orders, representation of the petitioner was considered and adverse remarks were expunged and promotion was granted to the petitioner, therefore states that no further orders are required to be passed.

Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
