THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.3497 of 2016 ORDER :

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Agriculture appearing for the respondents.

2. Both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader state that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.10.07.2015 in W.P.No.25293 of 2014 and batch. No doubt the learned Government Pleader for Agriculture states that an appeal was preferred against the said order and it is pending.

3. Since there is no suspension or stay of the said order, for the reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the said order dt.10.07.2015 in W.P.No.25293 of 2014 and batch. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
