O R D E R

This Contempt Case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 04.04.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.538 of 2006. It is now stated by Sri D. Srinivas, learned counsel for the respondents, that proceedings dated 03.11.2015 and 05.11.2015 have been issued in compliance with the order passed by this Court and that a sum of Rs.5,87,326/- was quantified as the amount due and payable to the petitioner and after making deductions

therefrom, a sum of Rs.3,95,096/- was remitted to him. In the light of the aforestated developments, the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.538 of 2006 stands complied with. In the event the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the quantification of the amount payable, he would necessarily have to address it independently in accordance with law by way of separate proceedings.

Reserving liberty to the petitioner to do so if he so chooses, the Contempt Case is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
