THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 20168 of 2019 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, petitioner's grievance is that though the third respondent - Tahsildar, Narva Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District, issued a notice on 09.02.2018 for conducting survey with respect to the land in Survey No.145A situated at Yanke Village, Narva Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District, no survey was conducted.

Having regard to the facts of the present case and there being no dispute with respect to the notice issued by the third respondent pursuant to the application submitted by the petitioner for conducting survey with respect to the subject land, respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall ensure that the survey is conducted by following due process of law, within a period of six (6) weeks from today, if not already conducted. In the event survey was conducted, result thereof shall be communicated to the petitioner through Registered Post with Acknowledgment Due. Subject to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
