This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of Order, dated 18-01-2016, in Writ Petition No.29857 of 2014 by the respondent.

Today, by a separate Order, this Court has recalled the aforesaid Order.

Inasmuch as the very order, out of which the present Contempt Case arose, has been recalled, the Contempt Case does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
