2017-04-04A Ramalingeswara Rao1 pages

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.11870 of 2017 ORDER:

The present Writ Petition is filed challenging registration of Crime No.3 of 2017 against the petitioner and the highhanded action of the third respondent in connection with the investigation.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that the third respondent is not following due process of law pursuant to the investigation of Crime No.3 of 2017. If that is the grievance, it is needless to observe that the third respondent shall follow due process of law without harassing the petitioner, including compliance with Section 41-A of Cr.P.C, while investigating the crime, as a perusal of the complaint does not show that the registration of the crime is bad.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of with the above observations. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
