Heard.

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings in Crime No.63 of 2015 of Valluru Police Station, Kadapa District, for the offences punishable under Section 379 I.P.C. on various grounds.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh represented that the entire investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed on 16.12.2016 by the police before the concerned Court and hence, no orders are need to be passed.

Recording the said submission, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
