THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NOS.19691, 19696, 19697, 20077 AND 20079 OF 2019 COMMON ORDER The grievance of the petitioners in all these writ petitions is that the respondent - authorities are trying to lay pipe lines in the subject property of the petitioners, without following due process of law. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for 3rd respondent - Gram Panchayat, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 4 and 5 and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayt Raj appearing for respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submit that the respondents before taking any action against the subject property of the petitioners, will follow the due process of law. Recording the above submission, all the writ petitions are disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the possession of the petitioners over the subject property without following the due process of law.
Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
