THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR Writ Petition No.20099 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner questioning the inaction of respondent No.3-Station House Officer, Kachiguda Police Station, Hyderabad, in not registering his complaint dated 03.09.2019 as crime number against respondent Nos.4 to 8.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that respondent No.3 has not registered his complaint dated 03.09.2019 so far as crime number against respondents 4 to 8.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions submitted that based on the complaint dated 03.09.2019 sent by the petitioner through registered post, an entry in General Diary was made on 14.09.2019 and notices were issued to the complainant/petitioner herein to appear before the police. Pursuant to the said notice, the petitioner has appeared before the police concerned on 19th, 20th and 21st September, 2019 and furnished the information and the matter is under investigation.

Since the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.

Recording the said submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the writ petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
